Returns and Refunds

By purchasing with us, you accept that items may vary slightly in colour and dye pattern. This is unavoidable due to the nature of natural dyes and handmade aspects of the design. Different policies apply to pre-order and ready-made items so please read below carefully. 

Pre-Order

We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for pre-order items as they have been made specifically for you and can take 4-6 weeks to create. If you believe there is an issue with the size and/or quality of the item you received please contact us:

Returns

For items that are not pre-order, we have a 14 day return policy.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cover shipping costs, however can refund you the full amount as long as it complies with the following:

– unworn, re-sellable condition

– original tags

– proof of purchase/ order number

– returned in 14 days (exclusive of shipping).

 Exchanges

 We understand that sizing can be difficult so please look carefully at garment descriptions and at our sizing chart here. 

Original items will need to comply with the following:

– unworn, re-sellable condition

– original tags

– proof of purchase/ order number

– returned in 14 days (exclusive of shipping).

Once approved, we will be able to do a size exchange (if applicable) or a separate item exchange with the balance being paid/refunded.
